This project involves the construction of a new hotel and services. The complex will offer a variety of international-level hotel services through outstanding architecture and well-known brands worldwide.

The hotel will be penetrated by greenery, forming internal spaces. This way, the voluminous weight, which seemingly expresses the character of the building, is created. A sense of closely connected spaces with the surrounding area is established. The building is composed of green terraces. The project combines a variety of rooms with different typologies, maximizing user and client flexibility. The room capacity will be sufficient to provide a relaxing experience of the sensations brought by the context.

Functionality: The project is divided into levels, where the ground floor is semi-public space, while the other floors house the private spaces of the hotel. These functions have a clear distribution both in altitude and in its volumetric treatment.

The choice of materials contributes, among other things, to making the buildings highly sustainable and ensuring passive energy savings, thereby reducing future operational and maintenance costs. The area, with a total surface area of 4865 square meters above ground, will be the subject of a development that will fundamentally change the current image in favor of urban development that can accommodate new compatible functions.
