Automoto Park (F1)

The masterplan for AutoMoto Park (AMP), designed by Test & Training International, meets all the criteria required for an F1-grade facility, while embracing the natural character and cultural context of the site. More than a racing venue, AMP is conceived as a destination that blends high-performance motorsport with thoughtful urban integration and community engagement.

Set against the backdrop of the Shkumbin River, the masterplan prioritizes visual and physical connection to the surrounding landscape. Rooftop terraces, hospitality areas, and viewing platforms are strategically oriented to immerse visitors in the site’s natural beauty, offering a unique spectator experience that extends beyond the track.

Accessibility is at the core of the development’s philosophy. The zoning concept welcomes the public with a vibrant riverfront promenade dedicated to walking, running, and cycling—transforming AMP into a lively recreational hub for the neighboring communities. This promenade runs along the existing river defense structures, which have been reimagined as landscaped features that both mitigate noise and offer elevated viewpoints for spectators.

The integration of community-focused programs and public spaces ensures that AMP delivers a lasting positive impact. Whether hosting motorsport events or providing everyday leisure opportunities, the park encourages an active lifestyle that mirrors the energy of on-track activities. Natural topography and green berms serve as informal grandstands for drifting, karting, and racing events, blending seamlessly with formal spectator facilities.

AMP is more than a motorsport complex—it is a multifunctional landscape where speed meets serenity, and where design creates bridges between performance, nature, and community.
