The main goal was to create a “landmark” with architectural values, where design and function stay connected. The building is located in a new economic area in the main economic corridor of Albania, “Durrës-Tirana” highway. The interior design of this building, emphasized by the large atrium and two elliptical stairs floating in the middle serves as the main hall and meeting area and then distributes the main flows of people. The atrium has a size of 4 floors with a diameter of 16m and is accessible on all floors through the main stairs. These stairs create a very drammatic effect and a very special architectural space. The placement of steel cables in a parabolic shape create very beautiful interior moments and provide security during the passage. The way of capturing these cables is made to create the idea that the stair rotates inside the atrium. This architectural marvel not only serves as a functional element, seamlessly connecting different levels of the building, but also stands as a visual masterpiece. Crafted in pristine white, the staircase becomes a focal point, symbolizing purity, innovation, and progress—the core values of the pharmaceutical industry. We also have to mention the special attention given to the landscape project especially in the front façade, marked by 2 impressive sculptures by the international artist and sculptor Helidon Xhixha. The overall aesthetic of the CFO Pharma interior design reflects a commitment to excellence and progress in pharmaceutical endeavors. The combination of curved lines, wide finishes, and the iconic oval staircase creates an environment that is not only visually stunning but also conducive to collaboration and forward-thinking within the heart of the pharmaceutical research and development space.
