The site covers 10,700 sqm includes a spacious office area of 2,040 sqm across three floors, designed to support future growth. The warehouse area covers 3,740 sqm, incorporating essential spaces like the HIC, Bonded warehouse, Supplies area, SPC, ACS, and DGF business services.

The office layout is designed to meet the wellbeing standards, offering a modern and efficient working environment. The ground floor hosts essential services such as the service point, shipment hold room, customs, opera¬tions, and security offices. The first and second floors accommodate various departments, including Customer Service, IT, Logistics, Sales, Finance, HR, and a dedicated wellbeing room to support employee health. The design of this project incorporates the brand’s signature red and yellow colors, creating a vibrant and cohesive atmosphere. The industrial ceiling, painted entirely in red, showcases exposed installations, emphasizing the facility’s dynamic and modern aesthetic.

The flooring features vinyl tiles, which differentiate functional areas using various colors, adding clarity to the space’s layout. Additionally, the use of glass partitions throughout the offices enhances the open-space feel. This design reflects DHL’s brand identity and commitment to creating an innovative and employee-friendly environment that supports the company’s continued growth and success in Albania.
