The investment will bring in a significant amount of capital, which will provide a boost to the economy, create jobs, and drive innovation in various sectors. The investment will also put the country on the global map as an attractive destination for foreign investment. Located in the Municipality of Durrës, Plots A02/A04 is part of Phase 1 of the Durres Yachts & Marina Masterplan. Currently, the area serves as a place to deposit minerals, but with the development of Phase 1, it will become a low-density residential area with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea.

The buildings on Plot A02/A04 have been designed to integrate the surrounding views and environment into the interior spaces of each apartment. The high and wide façade openings and spacious balconies on each room create a new way of living that is unique to the area. The ground floor level of the building creates a Mediterranean feeling with narrow streets between the buildings, retail shops towards the sea, a visible pool on the first floor, and warm tones of the facade materials.

All of the apartments with an orientation from the south have seaside views, and all of the apartments with an orientation from the east and west have partial seaside views. To emphasize these views, all of the balcony balustrades are made of glass, giving a higher sense of transparency from the interior spaces. Façade materials were carefully chosen in a long process of design meetings with the employer, going through each possibility and choosing the optimal options design-wise and cost-effectively.
