The building is situated in the northeast of Tirana, along one of the city’s main arteries: “5 Maji” street. In recent years, this area has experienced rapid transformation, emerging as a vibrant and dynamic urban hub. Its direct extension along the main street, provides seamless connectivity to key destinations throughout the city.
Architecturally and urbanistically, the building has been thoughtfully designed. From the 4th to the 11th floor, the volume steps back into articulated terraces, creating a more human scale and visually dynamic form. These shifting geometries give the structure a distinctive identity, positioning it as a new landmark within the evolving cityscape.
Greenery is an essential design feature—integrated throughout the building and woven into its architectural language—making it inseparable from the overall experience and perception of the space.
