The challenge of the project is to create a “missing space” that connects the city and provides a new and contemporary experience. The building’s visual importance and human scale give it architectural value and a mission to serve the community. The dynamic silhouette and modern facades make it a recognizable symbol in the heart of the city. The building and its elements move harmoniously, creating a connected yet separate composition that is accented by green terraces and tree crowns. The EOT (Eyes of Tirana) Tower is a stunning architectural masterpiece designed by Xplan Studio Company that brings together a range of features to create a visually stunning and functional structure. The tower is located in the very center of the city, making it a new landmark that clearly measures the values of the city.

The intervention to give a new identity to this area while preserving the values and respecting the past brought about the dualism of the old with the new. The architecture used clearly shows this juxtaposition from the first moment. The new urban moments and spaces serve the community by transforming into “open rooms” and multifunctional spaces for the placement of urban sculptures, exposure, organization of events, and various gatherings.

Creating a “missing space” was a challenge for this project. The architects focused on giving visual importance to urban space and objects that are closer to the human scale. This approach gave the project another architectural value and a human mission. At the same time, the dynamic silhouette of the architectural proposal tends to give a face to this already existing but noisy landmark.
