The volume is designed in a way to be used, aiming to stand out from other towers in the capital city and, at the same time, become a reference point to pass by. To achieve this goal, it is thought to change the design, including the elimination of some volume modules at the top and bottom and the red color of the creation of a dynamic and special effect.
The facades of the buildings will be characterized by authentic traditional Albanian motifs. This process is done to alienate the feeling that the building is or does not match the local context. The use of traditional motifs is a way to emphasize the local identity and build the tower in its environment.
These design elements, such as red colors for the blanks and traditional motifs on the facades, are part of a strategy to make the further construction recognizable to the community and visitors. In addition to an aesthetic spectrum, these choices in the perception and role of construction in the urban landscape and its identity in the context of the capital.
