The hotel building, which functions as a hotel, is developed on three floors above ground and one basement floor. On the ground floor, there is a lobby, reception, restaurant, and some of the guest rooms. The other guest rooms are developed on the other two floors. In the basement, there is parking service, technical and storage spaces, and a SPA.
To complement the layout plan, the hotel features an outdoor pool and outdoor lounge-bar mainly in function of the pool, but not only. The pool area provides guests with a place to relax and soak up the sun, while the lounge-bar offers a comfortable and stylish space to enjoy drinks and snacks.
The design of the hotel facade has consisted of pure geometric shapes, incorporating modern-minimalist lines. Attention has also been paid to the tradition of the southern village, using local stone in a curative way that is adapted to advanced construction technology. The result is a ventilated and thermally insulated facade that meets the energy efficiency requirements of the building.
One of the most outstanding features of the hotel is the stunning stone work used throughout the property. The architects have used stone extensively in the design of the exterior and interior, including accent walls, flooring, and decorative elements. The use of stone gives the hotel a sense of timelessness and blends in beautifully with the natural landscape.
Another noteworthy design element is the beach bar, designed to offer a relaxing and stylish experience for guests. The bar is constructed from natural materials, with a wooden bar top and stools, and a thatched roof for a tropical feel. The beach bar also features stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a drink while soaking up the sun.
