At its base, the building lifts itself with confidence, carved from angular forms that appear to fold and bend, creating a dramatic entrance experience. Red accents slash through the otherwise muted palette, adding an electric pulse to the form and guiding the eye upward. The podium is solid yet fluid, composed of dynamic shapes and sheer glass expanses that invite light deep into its core. Designed as a mixed-use development, it includes elegant residential units, high-end office and retail spaces, communal amenities, and elevated green platforms. More than a building, this project represents Tirana’s transformation into a contemporary, forward-looking capital.
