While preserving key existing elements like the Children’s Town, Palace of Sports, and training fields, the centerpiece of the project is a bold, elliptical building that unifies a 10,000-seat UEFA Category 3 stadium, an Olympic-size pool, and multifunctional facilities. Sloping gently toward the city, the structure forms a panoramic rooftop garden—one of Korça’s most attractive new public spaces.
Positioned on the footprint of the former stadium, the sunken pitch allows the surrounding landscape to merge with the architecture, creating a seamless blend of built and natural environments. The stadium is accessible from three sides and includes amenities for fans, media, and VIPs, with bars and restaurants operating daily and on match days.
